The context
The agency juggled several platforms to find properties and shared everything over WhatsApp: tracking exchanges and decisions was poorly structured.
My role: technical scoping
I worked on the technical scoping phase:
- Feasibility study of the solution
- Analysis of listings retrieval via API (integration of a real-estate listings API)
- Definition of the technical approach to centralize and qualify properties
The solution
- Search engine connected to a listings API
- Personalized alerts
- Property qualification with verification workflows
- Property sending and tracking on the client side
- Client interface to browse, sort and chat with the hunter
The result
A centralized process, better structured for hunters, with improved tracking of client feedback and a clearer experience.
