Sistr is a digital wallet that gives temp workers control over their activity.
The context
Sistr, in temp staffing (healthcare: nurse aides, RNs, etc.), had no dedicated platform to centralize the management of its temp workers: availability, documents and assignments were scattered. The goal: digitize and streamline the agency / worker relationship, leveraging WhatsApp, the channel already used daily.
My role
- Project management and technical scoping: scope, architecture and user flows.
- Application development (agency dashboard, availability planning, mission-profile matching, document tracking).
- n8n automations: the entire WhatsApp layer - conversational AI chatbot, follow-ups and data sync.
